How to Use Mangools
To experience the tool in the best way possible, here are the steps I recommend following.
Step 1. Determine your SEO goals. Make sure you want to know what exactly you want to achieve in terms of content, backlink, website authority, and other metrics you feel are important for your website.
Step 2. Determine which subscription plan is good for you. There are different plans that you get with Mangools (as you will see in the pricing plan section below). Make sure you look through the plans and see what features they offer with every plan and select one that has what you need.
Step 3. Sign up for the 10 days free trial. You get to have 10 good days to test out Mangools. Take advantage of it and use it to see how everything works and if it is what you were looking for in SEO software.
Step 4. Create a plan for how you are going to use it. It is easy to get overwhelmed when you get into a new program. And to avoid that, create a plan of the metrics you will be handling in your website’s SEO improvement journey and break down everything into simple tasks you will be doing every day with each tool you will be using.
Step 5. Follow your plan. Make sure you are achieving the tasks you added to your plan so that your SEO efforts can count and be seen after a period of time.
You should also aim to understand more about the tools and everything you are getting out of your plan so that you can utilize it well. You can use Google or YouTube to help you understand it.
If you have any specific questions or problems, you can also use customer support to help with that.

Let’s look at how Mangools compares to other top SEO softwares like Jaaxy, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Majestic, and Buzz Sumo.
√Jaaxy vs Mangools
Jaaxy is more like a keyword tool that also offers most of the features that Mangools has.
Although it offers slightly higher plans compared to Mangools, I would personally say that you actually get what you pay for.
With Jaaxy, you get the free starter plan for free, the Pro plan for $49 per month, and $99 per month for the Enterprise plan.
I have personally been using Jaaxy for years and it has really helped me improve my SEO game.
Based on my personal experience with it, I would say it does give many useful features for keywords, SERP checking and monitoring, content analysis, the ability to buy and register domain names, and more.
Although, it doesn’t offer backlinking analysis.
So if you are looking for a tool that will help you with backlinks, getting a Chrome extension version of the tool, then Mangools is the best way to go.
But if you want something that is more focused on keywords then Jaaxy is your perfect match.
√Ahrefs vs Mangools
Ahrefs falls in the top 5 best SEO softwares.
It offers more comprehensive resources for checking backlinks, a website SEO profile, content analysis, keywords analysis, and more.
It is ten times more powerful than Mangools.
However, as they say, with great power comes…? Great electricity bill. Lol.
All I’m trying to say with the many good features Ahrefs comes with, you get to pay more in terms of subscription plans.
Their plans start from $99 per month for the Lite version, $179 per month for the Standard version, $399 per month for the Advanced version, and $999 per month for the Agency version. Also, there is no free trial with Ahrefs.
You get to pay $7 for a 7-day trial.
This is quite expensive for someone who is just getting started online.
In this case, the best way to go is to first get Mangools as it is affordable and use it to get up and running.
Then once you have established your website and it has started gaining good authority, you consider getting Ahrefs.
√SEMrush vs Mangools
SEMrush is another fantastic software that offers different tools to help with backlinking, content analysis, PPC Marketing, website monetization, local marketing, rank tracking, market analysis, keyword research, on-page SEO, rank tracking, social media management, and more.
It offers around 40 tools to help with this and each tool offers very detailed information about the area you are researching.
However, just like Ahrefs, its pricing plans are over the roof.
Its plans start from $99.95 per month for the Pro plan, $1999.95 for the Guru plan, and $399.95 for the Business plan. If you also want a custom plan, they can organize that for you as well.
The good thing is that you get a 30 days free trial to give it a try.
Based on these features, SEMrush is surely better than Mangools and it works well when you want a fully comprehensive software for SEO and you are well-established financially.
You can work with Mangools in your early days and then switch to SEMrush when you are well off so that you skyrocket your website performance.
√Majestic vs Mangools
This is a UK based tool that offers you all the features you get from Mangools and some more including a URL submitter for submitting your website URLs
Also, for the features it shares with Mangools, the data is more refined and more detailed.
It is not as good as Ahrefs or SEMrush but it is much better than Mangools.
Its costs are high with the lowest plan (the Lite plan) going for $49 per month. Other plans are the Pro plan for $99 per month and the API plan for $399 per month.
√BuzzSumo vs Mangools
Buzzsumo is an SEO tool that helps with keyword analysis, domain analysis, backlink checking, and analysis, finding top authors, and YouTube search.
It helps you improve various aspects of your website such as content, backlinks, domain authority, and finding trending content on social media.
Its plans include the Pro plan for $99 per month, the Plus plan for $179 per month, the Large plan for $299 per month, and the Enterprise plan for $499 per month.
It is obviously more expensive than Mangools but offers a lot of data that would add a huge amount of value to your website.
My Final Thoughts
Mangools is a great tool because it not only helps webmasters and other professionals succeed in their SEO efforts but also helps individuals that are getting started on their sites.
The fact that it’s easy to use is a great thing and hence if you are looking for a functional SEO tool then you can consider getting started with this one.
In the market, it is the SEO software you would want to begin with as you build the foundation of your website.
You can even choose to keep using it after your foundation is well up as it a really good tool.
The fact that it is cheap and offers easy to work with tools is a huge plus if you compare it to other similar tools.
When you are ready to cough more dollars towards SEO, you can decide to upgrade to more sophisticated tools in the future, you can consider Jaaxy for keywords and Ahrefs as well as SEMrush for more comprehensive SEO data.
I hope this Mangools review has been insightful.
